A native of Nassau, Bahamas, Chef Daron serves as Chef De Cuisine/Founder of Island Chef Cafe. He has been in the culinary industry for 24 years and his extensive culinary experiences range from chef managing with Aramark Corporation, Sodexo USA, DD Food Solutions, Bella Cucina, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Pre-Made Paleo specializing in Caribbean, Latino, European, Southern, Classic Italian, Paleo & Asian cuisines. He is also Chef De Cuisine/Owner of Inspirational Creations, a successful personal chef and cooking class company that specializes in International and classical American cuisine cooking. Chef Daron was classically trained at the Art Institute of Atlanta and prefers to modernize his dishes while keeping his palates simple and infused with bold island flavors using seasonal ingredients.
